Use of the steam bath is at the Client’s own risk; management is not responsible for any health complications or personal belongings.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of prohibited substances before or during the steam bath is strictly prohibited.
Clients must follow all staff instructions and safety guidelines during usage.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue service to anyone violating these terms without any refund.
Reservations
All ice bath sessions must be booked at least 4 hours in advance.
Even with a confirmed booking, clients must reconfirm their appointment via mobile phone call or WhatsApp before arrival.

Medical Clearance

Staff Supervision
Ice bath sessions are strictly conducted only under the supervision of trained staff.
Clients are not permitted to take an ice bath without staff present at any time.
Access to Session Area
Only the concerned client and trained staff are allowed inside the session area.
Attenders must wait in the reception area only.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Maintaining personal hygiene is the client’s responsibility.
Showering before entering the ice bath is mandatory.
Appropriate Attire
Swimwear or suitable attire is required during the session.
Personal Items
Fettle Health and Heal is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
Clients are advised to secure personal items before the session.
Electronic Devices & Music
Music systems and electronic devices are not allowed during the ice bath session.
Handling of Equipment
Clients must handle the ice bath tub with care.
Any damage or breakage will be the client’s responsibility.
Towel & Change of Clothes
Clients must bring their own towel and a change of clothes.
Weight Limit
The ice bath is designed for users weighing up to 135 kg only.
Exceeding this limit may compromise safety and equipment performance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session.
No refunds will be issued.
Rescheduling is allowed within the same day of booking only.
• Consultation is free if the client takes treatment on the same day.
• If the client opts only for consultation and does not proceed with treatment on the same day, the consultation fee is applicable.
• Online consultations should be prepaid. The paid consultation fee will be adjusted after the first virtual treatment session.
