Wet Cupping

Fettle Health & Heal

Wet Cupping

Wet cupping, also known as Hijama, is a traditional therapeutic technique that begins with dry cupping to draw blood to the surface of the skin. Once this is done, the therapist makes small, gentle incisions on the skin and reapplies the cups to draw out a controlled amount of blood from the body.

This process is believed to help the body eliminate toxins and improve overall health by clearing stagnant blood and metabolic waste. In doing so, it may support the immune system, reduce inflammation, and enhance the body’s natural healing response. Wet cupping is often used for detoxification, pain relief, and to promote general well-being.
